Reusable materials, components and compounds and their applications, e,g, coatings developed in-house for UV imprint lithography (NILcure®)
NILcure®-Lacke für hohe Refraktion und hohe Dispersion
We conduct research into reusable materials, components and composites and their applications. In particular, we are working on high-resolution functional micro- and nanostructuring of sustainable polymer films and paper using bio-based resins.
The portfolio of photopolymers includes coatings developed in-house for UV imprint lithography (NILcure®). The mechanical, chemical and optical properties of the photoresists in the product line are customised for various substrates for customer-specific applications.
With NILcure®, we have developed a product line that can be perfectly customised to your requirements. Our proprietary resins for UV imprint lithography offer you maximum flexibility and versatility.
With a bio-based content of 70%, they are also particularly environmentally friendly. Thanks to the option of customising surface energy, elasticity, refractive index and dielectric constant, you can adapt your coatings perfectly to your requirements. The fast UV curing ensures full transparency in the visual range, while the high weather and UV stability and scratch resistance ensure durability. With NILcure® you have the opportunity to take your products to the next level.
